Seating at Stern Grove Festival is first-come first-served. For the comfort and safety of our guests, the Concert Meadow will be closed to further entry if and when capacity is reached. An announcement will be made 30 minutes prior to the closing of the Concert Meadow.

Guests who arrived before the closing of the Concert Meadow will receive a hand stamp at the entrances and can pass in and out of the Concert Meadow throughout the day.

Any guests who arrive at the main entrance at 19^th and Sloat Boulevard after the closing of the Concert Meadow will be directed to the West Meadow area and will not be allowed to enter into the Concert Meadow. The West Meadow area can be accessed from the Vale Avenue entrance to the park.

When the announcement is made that the Concert Meadow is closing, incoming shuttle service to the Concert Meadow will be terminated.
