Global sounds kicked off Stern Grove Festival’s 73rd Season

GRAMMY-winning artist Angélique Kidjo’s natural talent and grace won over the Stern Grove Festival audience with her energetic blend of Gospel, soul, Afropop, and jazz.

Sarazino’s dynamic reggae and Latin influences brought multicultural flare to his opening set, driving patrons to their feet.

Today’s performance is dedicated to the memory of Rosalie M. Stern, donor of Sigmund Stern Grove to the people of San Francisco and founder of the Stern Grove Festival Association.
