Leave the park better than you found it!
Help reduce waste and keep our park beautiful by bringing reusable food containers and water bottles. Please put trash, recycling & compost in the proper receptacles located throughout the festival.
Refillable Water Stations
Make sure to bring your reusable bottle along and top it up at the free water stations scattered across the festival site! Whether you've got your own bottle, canned water, or buy a Stern Grove Festival water bottle from our merch ten, you can enjoy freshly filtered water and dive straight back into the music.
Green Mary
Green Mary is a Bay Area–based environmental services company dedicated to creating zero-waste events by maximizing recycling, composting, and food recovery while minimizing landfill impact.
At Stern Grove Festival, their work is essential to keeping the Grove clean, sustainable, and mission-aligned—helping divert the vast majority of event waste and educating tens of thousands of attendees on how to be more environmentally conscious.
