LOTTERY

We use a lottery system for General Admission (GA) tickets! It’s 100% random and fair.

How to register:

• The lottery opens six (6) weeks before each concert

• You have one (1) full week to enter.

• You can request up to four tickets.

What happens next:

• We’ll email all entrants within a week of the lottery closing with results and next steps.

• Email will come from orders@sterngrove.org

If you’re selected:

• You must claim your tickets within 72 hours.

• Unclaimed tickets will be released to other fans.

QUICK TIP:

• The “claim button” in your email only works once.

• After clicking, you’ll see a pop-up to download your tickets immediately.

• You’ll also receive an email with a pdf of your tickets within 24 hours.
