We use a lottery system for General Admission (GA) tickets! It’s 100% random and fair.

How to register:

• The lottery opens six (6) weeks before each concert

• You have one (1) full week to enter.

• You can request up to four tickets.

What happens next:

• We’ll email all entrants within a week of the lottery closing with results and next steps.

• Email will come from orders@sterngrove.org

If you’re selected:

• You must claim your tickets within 72 hours.

• Unclaimed tickets will be released to other fans.

QUICK TIP:

• The “claim button” in your email only works once.

• After clicking, you’ll see a pop-up to download your tickets immediately.

• You’ll also receive an email with a pdf of your tickets within 24 hours.

Stern Grove’s Community Box Offices, presented by Zoox, are in-person locations across San Francisco where free tickets are distributed. These sites offer another way to access tickets, whether you’re unable to participate in the online lottery or are not selected.

For each concert, 1,500 tickets (or 15% of the Grove’s capacity) are distributed through the Community Box Office program.

How the Community Box Office works:

STEP 1: Check the deets

• Each concert has one designated Community Box Office location and date* in San Francisco.

STEP 2: Show up

• Tickets are distributed in person on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Each person may receive up to 2 tickets for that concert, while supplies last.

STEP 3: Get your tickets

• That’s it!
